Information we collect

VYNUS STARS collects the details needed to manage accommodation complaints: your name, service particulars, contact number, email address, and quarter details (station, area, block, quarter number), along with the complaints and feedback you submit.

How your information is used

Your information is used solely to register, route, resolve and follow up complaints relating to your MES accommodation, and to notify you about their progress by SMS, email or app notification.

Who can see your data

Complaint details are visible only to the MES offices in your chain of responsibility (BSO, AGE, GE and their supervising formations). Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Data security

Access to the system is role-based and password-protected. All access is logged. Data is stored on servers under the control of the Military Engineer Services.

Your choices

You may update your contact details from your profile, and may request correction of quarter records through your BSO office.
